The Origin
In 2021, we noticed a flaw in the global mobility market. Immigration law firms were excellent at filing forms, but terrible at understanding venture capital.
Founders were being rejected not because of legal errors, but because their business models lacked the financial sophistication required by Designated Organizations.
We built VisaRoads to bridge that gap. We are not lawyers. We are exited founders, investment bankers, and product strategists who speak the language of innovation.

My journey began in 2004 in the trenches of IT, but code was never enough. I pursued Anthropology because I realized that successful products are not just built on servers; they are built on human relationships.
This unique blend of technical precision and human-centric design became my signature. From consulting for the Ministry of Industry to serving as CTO for the Iranian Investment Group, I learned how large systems operate. But my heart was always in startups.
The Failures
I founded HoFin (Fintech/Health) and OrganicHub. I learned the hard way that a great product without legal structure or capital strategy will fail. I lost deals because I didn't understand the "Game of VC".
The Success
I turned those lessons into a methodology.VisaRoads (now VsiaRoads) was born from my own migration journey. I realized the immigration industry was full of paperwork but void of strategy. I decided to fix that.
